What we collect, why we collect it, and how to have it removed.

This website is operated by Bosere Trading Limited (RC 9143133), a company incorporated in Nigeria on 30 December 2025 with its head office in Ilorin, Kwara State.

BOSERE is the trading and digital identity of that company.

Newsletter subscriptions: your email address, the date and time you consented, the version of this notice in force at that time, and where on the site you subscribed.

Launch registration: your full name, email address, occupation or business type, and the optional details you choose to give — phone or WhatsApp number, business or organisation name and the BOSERE products you are interested in. We also record where you registered (for example the website or a Catalyst Series event link), when you acknowledged this notice and which version it was, and whether you agreed to be contacted for marketing.

Enquiries: your name, email address, optional company name, the subject you selected, your message, and the date and time you consented.

Bosere Cooperative interest (join or start a cooperative): your name, email address, and the optional details you choose to give, such as phone number, location, cooperative or organisation name, expected number of members and a note. Submitting this form does not open an account or create a membership.

Bosere Investment requests (becoming an investor or submitting an opportunity): your name, email address, and the optional details you choose to give, such as phone number, organisation, investor type, opportunity name, sector, a description of the capital need and a note. Submitting this form does not create an investment, an account or any financial commitment.

WhatsApp: when you choose to message us on WhatsApp, the site opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. Anything you send is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms; the website does not store that conversation.

We do not use this website to build advertising profiles, and we do not collect payment details here.

We use your email address only to send the updates you asked for, and your enquiry details only to respond to your enquiry and keep a record of the correspondence.

Launch registration details are used to keep you informed about the BOSERE launch and, only if you ticked the separate marketing box, to contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp about the products you selected. Registering interest in a product does not mean it is available yet.

Cooperative and investment request details are used only to review your request and contact you about it.

Consent is the basis on which we hold this information. You give it explicitly by ticking the box on the relevant form.

To protect our forms from automated abuse we count submissions per connection over short time windows.

For that purpose we store a one-way cryptographic hash derived from the connecting network address together with a counter. The address itself is never stored, and the hash cannot be reversed to identify you.

These counters are automatically deleted after a short retention period.

Subscriber records are kept for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe we keep a minimal record of that decision so we do not contact you again by mistake.

Launch registrations are kept while you remain in contact with us. A registration is deleted or anonymised after 24 months of inactivity — meaning no new registration or update from you, no change to your contact preferences and no recorded follow-up with you in that time.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and to maintain a reasonable business record.

Information submitted here is stored in a secured database and accessed only by authorised BOSERE personnel who need it to do the work described above.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for marketing purposes.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send you, and you can resubscribe later if you change your mind.

You can withdraw marketing consent at any time — through the unsubscribe link in any email, by telling us when we contact you, or through the contact form. It takes effect immediately; we keep only a note of your choice so we don't contact you again by mistake.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form and we will respond.
